General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 368bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the services offered via the 368bd website, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Teen Patti Joker, Keno Bonus Number, and all promotional or bonus programmes.

By accessing the 368bd platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 368bd platform and contact our support team to close your account.

368bd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of 368bd following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage all players to review these Terms periodically. The most recent effective version will always be available at this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 368bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Platform and its users.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 368bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 368bd is an adults-only platform and does not permit access by any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 368bd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 368bd or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party when registering or placing wagers on the 368bd platform.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. 368bd accepts no liability for losses, costs, or damages suffered by any person who has misrepresented their eligibility at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered on 368bd — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and participation in promotional programmes — you must create a registered account. The following rules and obligations apply to the registration process and to the ongoing maintenance of your account.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 368bd at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 368bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances or bonus funds without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Any deliberate submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 368bd strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication as an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 368bd support immediately via the live chat facility.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

368bd may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of your use of the platform, including prior to processing a withdrawal request or following a deposit that exceeds certain thresholds. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until compliance is achieved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

368bd supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfer options. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your 368bd account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in most cases. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside 368bd's control.
• 368bd does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, individual mobile financial service providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• 368bd reserves the right to impose deposit limits or request source-of-funds documentation where transaction patterns suggest potential financial risk or policy breach.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the KYC verification status of the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via mobile financial services and ৳2,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• 368bd reserves the right to apply additional review periods to large withdrawal requests or to accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to processing.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

368bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which take precedence over these General Terms in the event of any conflict. The following principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳10,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance and is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 368bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts will remain subject to the terms under which they were awarded.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, matched betting, arbitrage, hedging, or use of automated software — will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All players using the 368bd platform are expected to conduct themselves lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms and the spirit of fair and responsible gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368bd platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the normal use of the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional programme.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any collusive arrangement with other players or third parties in connection with bets placed on the 368bd sportsbook.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any 368bd game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be deducted from the player's account balance.
• Using the 368bd platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through a financial institution after funds have been credited to a 368bd account. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access or use your 368bd account in any capacity.

368bd reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During such an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and access to withdrawals restricted. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 368bd may void affected bets, forfeit account balances, and permanently close the account in question without liability.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 368bd account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days in most cases.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, login access is disabled and all promotional communications are halted. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. 7.3 Closure by 368bd

368bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet placed) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period, deducted from the remaining balance until closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 368bd's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 368bd account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

368bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with a player's use of or inability to use the 368bd platform, even if 368bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

368bd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures) may cause temporary unavailability. 368bd will not be liable for losses claimed to arise from platform downtime.

All game outcomes on 368bd are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics governed by internationally recognised rules. 368bd does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game or wager. Participation in gaming activities carries inherent financial risk. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between 368bd and the player with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
